Frizzante Wine

Frizzante wine is a gently sparkling wine, crafted from 100% Glera grapes at a small family vineyard in northeastern Italy. As the original style of prosecco, Frizzante offers a lighter, more food-friendly alternative, with a crisp, aromatic profile. Expect notes of yellow apple, pear, white peach, and apricot, making it incredibly fresh, light, and moreish. 11% ABV

Frizzenti Rosato

Regandino is a sparkling rose’ obtained from a blend of carefully selected grapes, with predominantly early Pinot Noir and Raboso. Intense on the nose with fruity scents of peach and wild strawberry, yeast and bread crusts On the palate it is full, silky and rich. 11% ABV

The majority of Sauvignon Blanc in Italy is produced in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and this is no exception; a fragrant and floral sauvignon with primary flavours of sweet gooseberry, white peach, pear, and orange blossom with sharp acidity and light body. 12.5% ABV

Pinot Grigio

This beauty comes from the stunning northern hills of Friuli in Italy. The thing about Pinot grigio is that there is a spectacular difference in the flavour of the wine depending on where in the world it grows. Wines from the Friuli region are characterised by their elegance. Our wine is typically light in colour and body; it’s fresh and vibrant with citrus flavours and a mouth-watering aftertaste. 12.5%ABV

Rosé Wine

Rosé

Italian rosé wines or rosato have a long history in wine-making terms but have rarely made it outside of Italy until now. Ours has had a short time in contact with the grape skins and so it is on the lighter side of the colour spectrum. On the pallet it’s a lovely medium bodied wine, soft, easy drinking with bags of fruity fresh flavour. A perfect aperitif for the summer or with light meals. 12.5% ABV

Bordeaux Rosé

A very crisp, very elegant, very restrained rosé. Gentle hints of red berries, floral notes and a lovely zesty crispness on a refreshing, light body. Only a few hours of skin contact maceration to obtain this 50/50 blend that possesses superb finesse, plenty of aromas and a lovely bright pink colour.

Merlot

Typically Italian in style; smooth, soft and very easy drinking. It is ruby red in colour with generous ripe black and red fruits on the palate, a medium bodied red wine which goes very well with pasta sauces and all kinds of cheese dishes. A crowd pleaser. 12% ABV

Although not an Italian native grape variety, Pinot Noir (Pinot Nero) thrives in regions all over Italy. Our wine is crystal clear and so light you can see straight through it. This makes it a great wine to have at a party, bursting with fresh fruit and mouth-watering berry flavours it’s the perfect drink to have with friends, at a barbecue. Served chilled if you wish. 12.5% ABV
